UNIFYING DATA AND CONNECTING WITH CUSTOMERS

At Ribbonfish, we come up with innovative ways to develop and evolve the Salesforce platform to address the big challenges in your organisation.

THE PROBLEM

Macmillan Learning aimed to decommission multiple instances of a legacy system and consolidate everything onto a unified platform. However, siloed customer data, weak status reporting, and limited analytics capabilities hindered effective agent and SLA management.

THE SOLUTION

Ribbonfish was engaged to implement Salesforce Service Cloud thereby replacing five outdated systems. The solution included key features such as linking customers to a single account for enhanced customer intelligence, real-time reporting and analytics, SLA measurement for customer and vendor contracts, and internal KPI tracking among others.

THE OUTCOME

Customer service processes have been unified and streamlined. This resulted in a 360-degree view of each customer and more effective case management through improved categorisation and service level management. Furthermore, real-time customised reporting and dashboards deliver valuable customer insights, enhancing decision-making and performance tracking.

“I’m happy to report that we have both a system that works beautifully and a group of satisfied users, everyone is very happy with the developments, and we really appreciate all of the work Ribbonfish put in to making this such a successful project. Working with Ribbonfish really was a pleasure – thank you for all your help!”
